It was in 2002, during their studies as watchmakers at the Geneva watchmaking school, that the future founders of the "Ducrest-Emmenegger" brand, Mr. Ducrest and Mr. Emmenegger met for the first time and immediately shared their passion for watchmaking.

Once they had graduated as a watchmaker and both were in their twenties, Mr. Ducrest began working for a prestigious Geneva manufacture as head of the method and industrialization of “complication” and “complication” watches. grand-complications" for 14 years.
